To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at marisbellabloom@outlook.com. If your return is approved, the cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please be aware that a restocking fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund due to the personalized nature of the product.

Upon inspection of the returned item, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

All UK orders are sent by the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, however the delivery time can be longer during festive periods and busier periods, please bare this in mind when choosing your preferred delivery date.
